DK7FC : VLF 8270.005 Hz carrier transmission .

Finally!

Last morning i received signal from DK7FC ,my first reception in VLF!

No GPS,only Sync whit VLF station FTA (20900 Hz)

S.I.D. (Sudden ionospheric disturbance) Monitoring

A sudden ionospheric disturbance (SID) is an abnormally high ionization/plasma density in the D region of the ionosphere caused by a solar flare. The SID results in a sudden increase in radio-wave absorption that is most severe in the upper medium frequency (MF) and lower high frequency (HF) ranges, and as a result often interrupts or interferes with telecommunications systems.^[1]

Saranno queste che andremo a monitorare per capire i S.I.D. (disturbi improvvisi della ionosfera ) causati dai brillamenti solari,interpretati sul plotter come improvvisi picchi di segnale.
